Early Life and Career

Demi Lovato was born on August 20, 1992, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She began singing and acting at a young age, and by the time she was 10 years old, she had already appeared in several local theater productions. In 2006, Lovato was cast in the Disney Channel movie "Camp Rock", which became a huge hit and launched her career as a pop star.
